Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key clients.
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through exceptional service and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives; propose tailored solutions and strategies.
- Manage client expectations and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to meet client goals.
- Monitor account performance and report on key metrics. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and forecast future needs.
- Ensure contract compliance and renewals are managed effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
